My Record Label is a global service and web community providing marketing and promotion tools to enhance record sales in the digital universe, while creating value and providing brands the opportunity to extend their reach within a geo demographic. At all times My Record Label shall respect your privacy and will only use your personal information, such as your name, business address, e-mail address or phone number, for reasonable business purposes. My Record Label Inc. recognizes that it's clients, visitors, users, and others who use www.MyRecordLabel.net or other web sites owned or operated by MyRecordLabel.net (the "MyRecordLabel.com Sites") (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy.

Contests
When My Record Label sponsors a promotion, sweepstake or contest, Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. Artist Access
As a non exclusive artist on the My Record Label website, you will receive a unique password in connection with your account using a valid email address as your "Username". You should change this password immediately upon receiving it. You agree that you will not allow another person to use your login info to access and use the Site or any Service under any circumstances. My Record Label takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect artist information that is stored within our database. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information.
